As one of Denmark’s leading suppliers of gaskets,
seals and insulation solutions, we have a responsibility
towards our employees, our business partners and the
products we deliver.
Our employees’ expertise and commitment are
essential to the quality, service and 昀氀exibility our
customers expect. That is why we work systematically
to create an attractive and safe workplace where
everyone can thrive and develop, both professionally
and personally.
New facilities for a better working day
In 2025, we moved into our new headquarters in
Nyborg. With 6,000 square metres, the factory is twice
the size of the previous one and gives us room for
growth, new technology and continued development of
production.
The new facilities have created a better production 昀氀ow
and shorter internal transport routes. Goods receipt
and dispatch have been brought together and arranged
so that materials and 昀椀nished goods can be handled
more easily and quickly.

This provides a better overview, better work昀氀ows and
the opportunity to increase capacity when demand
grows.
Focus on the working environment
The working environment has been an important part
of the design of the new headquarters. More daylight,
better acoustics, a healthier indoor climate and more
space around workstations create better conditions for
ergonomics, safety and well-being.
In administration, the combination of individual of昀椀ces
and open of昀椀ce areas provides space for both focused
work and collaboration. Across the company, the layout
supports 昀氀exible work昀氀ows and better conditions in
everyday work.
A safe workplace
We work systematically to prevent risks and improve
working conditions. All employees receive thorough
instruction in procedures and safe machine handling,
and visual safety measures support correct behaviour
in production.
