towards our employees, our partners, and the quality

Our commitment to excellent service, high quality, targeted innovation, and fast delivery would not be possible without our employees. That’s why it’s essential that
everyone thrives and has the opportunity to develop
both personally and professionally.
We are committed to promoting social justice, creating
an attractive and safe working environment that attracts and retains quali昀椀ed employees, and contributing
positively to our people, our partners, and the environment.
A Safe Workplace for Everyone
We aim to create a safe working environment where
everyone actively contributes to maintaining a high
standard of safety across all roles and departments.
Safety is one of STEFFCA’s highest priorities. All em16 | STEFFCA.UK
ployees receive comprehensive training in procedures
and the safe operation of our machinery. In addition,
we use visual signage to support guidance and ensure
clarity. We are continuously developing new solutions
and initiatives to maintain the highest possible safety
standards in our daily operations.
To safeguard employee health and wellbeing, we have
installed additional extraction equipment at our vulcanising machine. This ensures that fumes and particles
are effectively removed and do not pose a health risk.
We have also introduced several measures to reduce
unnecessary noise exposure, including sound-insulating covers over machinery, sound-absorbing walls and
gates, and the use of earplugs and hearing protection.
These efforts aim to prevent long-term hearing damage
and contribute to a healthy and safe working environment.
At STEFFCA, our goal is always zero workplace
accidents
In 2024, we recorded one minor incident resulting in a
loss of 22.2 working hours. Fortunately, no serious injuries occurred, and no medical treatment was required.
