In 2025, we recorded no workplace accidents. This
re昀氀ects our continued focus on safety and prevention.
Health and well-being
All employees are covered by health insurance and
relevant insurance schemes. In 2025, we also offered
in昀氀uenza vaccination to all employees.
We also support a healthier everyday working life
through fresh fruit and vegetables, a lunch scheme and
the opportunity to join a weekly walking group during
working hours.
Competence development
Relevant training and competence development are an
important part of our employee efforts. In 2025, several
employees took part in specialised training, courses
and further education.
We want all employees, regardless of department
and function, to have the opportunity to develop their
skills. Continuous learning strengthens well-being,
commitment and the professional expertise that our
