A STRONGER STEFFCAHOLD
— DISC AND TEAM BUILDING
At STEFFCA, we believe that strong results are created
by a strong team.
2025 was a year of major change. We moved into
our new headquarters, continued our growth journey
and acquired SealSupply Europe. This created new
opportunities, more colleagues and an organisation in
development.
To support these changes, we launched a shared
development programme for the entire STEFFCAhold.
The purpose was to give an already well-functioning
team a stronger shared foundation and tools to handle
development, communication and collaboration across
the organisation.
Shared insight into our differences
All employees had a personal DISC pro昀椀le prepared,
which was subsequently reviewed with an external
consultant. The pro昀椀les provided insight into different
strengths, preferences and ways of communicating
and working.
The programme also included workshops, where
employees worked with speci昀椀c situations from
everyday work. Here, the insights from DISC were put
into practice with a focus on clear communication,
collaboration and understanding across departments.

Shared team-building activities also helped strengthen
relationships and create new shared experiences for
the entire STEFFCAhold.
So昀椀e: We understand each other better
For So昀椀e, this was the 昀椀rst time she had worked with a
DISC pro昀椀le. The pro昀椀le matched her own perception
of herself well, but also gave her new perspectives
on her colleagues’ different ways of working and
communicating.
She also highlights the value of gaining insight into
the challenges and tasks found in other parts of the
organisation. After the programme, she has become
more aware of adapting her communication to the
person she is speaking with, and of communicating
clearly and directly.
So昀椀e already experienced a good atmosphere and
dynamic in the team before the programme. The main
value has therefore been a greater understanding of
each other’s differences.
For So昀椀e, it has also been important that the
programme involved all employees. It has strengthened
her feeling of being seen, heard and valued as an
important part of the STEFFCAhold.
