EMPLOYEE WELLBEING
— THE STEFFCA TEAM
Being part of the STEFFCA team means looking out for
one another and taking responsibility for our shared
community. It is important to us that all employees
thrive and experience a working environment that
supports both professional and personal development.
That’s why we place great emphasis on social activities
and continuous skills development.
STEFFCA values a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Where possible, we offer job opportunities to individuals who face challenges in entering the labour market.
We recognise our social responsibility and have established mentoring schemes to support employees with
special needs.
Our mentoring programme has been a great success, and many of the employees who have taken
part remain at STEFFCA today. They are now valued
colleagues who contribute equally alongside the rest of
the team.
We are deeply committed to ensuring that our employees feel like an important part of the STEFFCA team.
That’s why we regularly organise teambuilding activities and social events that strengthen our sense of
community – including our annual summer party for all
employees and their partners, as well as VIP handball

events, where we start with a shared meal and then
cheer on Odense Håndbold together.
These initiatives have proven essential in building
strong social connections among our employees.
The STEFFCA Team Has Grown Since 2021
At STEFFCA, we are proud of our employees and the
growth we have experienced in recent years, which has
enabled us to deliver even more high-quality solutions
in gaskets, seals, and insulation to our customers.
Since 2021, our team has expanded with several skilled
and competent colleagues. At the same time, we
have maintained a relatively low and stable employee
turnover – something we view as a recognition of our
strong focus on employee wellbeing.
According to Statistics Denmark’s Labour Force Survey
for Q4 2024, the average job turnover rate in the manufacturing sector was 19.4%. While this 昀椀gure is not
directly comparable to our own data due to differences
in calculation methods and in昀氀uencing factors, it offers
a useful benchmark for understanding the general job
turnover rate in Denmark.1.
