At STEFFCA, ESG is integrated into the way we run and
develop the company.
Management has overall responsibility for ensuring that
ESG is part of our strategy and business model. The work
is supported by a sustainability manager, who coordinates
the efforts and ensures progress across the organisation.
For us, ESG is about creating a link between daily operations, our strategic goals and our responsibility as a
company. This applies to the environment, employees,
business partners and the way we make decisions.
ISO 9001
STEFFCA is ISO 9001 certi昀椀ed. The certi昀椀cation documents that we work systematically with quality management and have 昀椀xed policies and procedures that support
consistent and high quality.
This helps us ensure that our gaskets, seals and insulation solutions meet applicable standards, legislation and
customer requirements.
We continuously develop and improve our quality management system and keep up to date with new requirements.

Recognised by EcoVadis
In 2025, we submitted our sustainability assessment to
EcoVadis. Based on the assessment, we received a bronze
medal in January 2026 for the second year in a row.
At the same time, we moved from being among the top
26% to being among the top 22% globally in EcoVadis’
assessment.
EcoVadis assesses companies’ performance within
environment, social matters, ethics and responsible
procurement. For us, the assessment is an important tool
that shows where we stand and where we can continue to
improve.
STEFFCA conducts business with integrity, responsibility
and transparency, both in our daily work and in our collaboration with partners. In 2024, we strengthened our efforts
by developing several policies that support responsible
business practices. In 2025, the policies were reviewed
and adjusted so that they continue to re昀氀ect our work with
ESG and responsible corporate governance.
