ESG is embedded in everything we do at STEFFCA.
The executive management team and CEO hold overall
responsibility for incorporating ESG into the organisation’s strategy and business model. A dedicated Sustainability Manager ensures that ESG is communicated
and anchored across all departments.

STEFFCA is ISO 9001 certi昀椀ed, ensuring compliance
with an internationally recognised standard for quality
management. This certi昀椀cation con昀椀rms that we have
the right policies and procedures in place to consistently deliver high-quality gaskets, seals, and insulation
solutions – in line with the standard, legal requirements, and customer expectations.
We continuously work to improve and develop our
quality management system and remain up to date on
new requirements.

Sustainability medal
In December 2024, we proudly received our 昀椀rst EcoVadis medal.
EcoVadis is a global rating platform that assesses
companies' sustainability performance in areas such
as ESG and responsible procurement.
We were awarded a bronze medal, placing us among
the top 26% of evaluated companies.
This achievement highlights our dedication and ongoing commitment to sustainability in our daily
operations.
We are proud of this recognition and will continue to
improve and develop our business.
