BUSINESS ETHICS
— IN PRACTICE
At STEFFCA, we operate with integrity, responsibility,
and full transparency—both in our daily work and in our
collaboration with partners. In 2024, we strengthened
our efforts by developing additional policies to support
responsible business practices.
In 2025, we will continue this work by updating, implementing, and training relevant employees on these
policies.
Internal Code of Conduct (Employee Handbook)
New employees at STEFFCA receive a code of conduct
that introduces our values, policies, and guidelines.
This provides a framework for everyday integrity and
guides how to handle complaints or respond to violations of the code.
Climate and Environmental Policy
STEFFCA is committed to minimising its negative
environmental impact. Our climate and environmental
policy outlines principles and commitments regarding
water consumption, energy use, carbon footprint, and
resource utilisation.
Employee Rights Policy
Our employees are our most valuable resource, and we
recognise the importance of maintaining high standards for working conditions and human and labour
rights.
STEFFCA adheres to global standards such as the
ILO’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights
at Work, the UN Global Compact, and the UN Guiding
Principles on Business and Human Rights.
This policy outlines STEFFCA’s commitments in areas
such as health and safety, diversity, equality and inclusion, as well as training and professional development.
Anti-Corruption and Bribery Policy
This policy sets forth principles and de昀椀nitions regarding anti-corruption, bribery, and other forms of fraudulent behaviour, as well as STEFFCA's expectations of
employees and business partners.
Procurement Policy
We recognise our responsibility within the supply
chain and set expectations for both ourselves and our
suppliers regarding responsible procurement practices.
Our procurement policy and Supplier Code of Conduct
describe these expectations.
