STEFFCA is strongly committed to fostering an inclusive and healthy work environment. We offer comprehensive health insurance and wellbeing initiatives that
promote employee welfare.
All employees are encouraged to join a weekly walking group. Additionally, fresh fruit and vegetables are
provided daily, along with a staff canteen scheme that
strengthens community and supports overall health.
