Dear reader
2025 was a milestone year for STEFFCA. The move to our
new headquarters in Nyborg gave us not only more space,
but also a stronger foundation for the company of the
future.
Room to grow
The new factory gives us room to grow, invest in new
technology and develop our production, so we are better
prepared to meet future needs.
up to 10,290,680 kWh for customers. To put this into
perspective, the energy savings are roughly equivalent
to the annual energy consumption for space heating
and domestic hot water in around 700 average Danish
households.
From mapping to concrete reduction targets
We work systematically to reduce the carbon footprint of
our own operations.
But the move is about more than capacity. It is also about
creating a better workplace.
For several years, we have mapped our emissions in
scope 1, 2 and 3. In 2025, we set our 昀椀rst concrete
reduction target for scope 1 and 2 and launched a number
of initiatives to support this development.
In both production and administration, we have prioritised
more daylight, better acoustics, a healthier indoor climate
and good ergonomic conditions. More space around
the workstations and a better production 昀氀ow improve
work昀氀ows and create better conditions for our colleagues.
In 2025, we once again submitted our sustainability
assessment to EcoVadis. Based on the assessment, we
received a bronze medal in January 2026 for the second
year in a row, while also improving our overall score. This
con昀椀rms that we are moving in the right direction.
A changing world
We operate in a world shaped by uncertainty, changing
market conditions and increasing expectations for
responsibility. This requires us to continuously adapt and
develop, without compromising the quality, 昀氀exibility and
service our customers expect.
A strong foundation for the future
For us, sustainability is not a standalone project, but a
responsibility we take on over time. That is why we will
continue to develop STEFFCA with a focus on quality,
innovation, decency and responsibility.
Insulation solutions
We are proud that our insulation jackets make a
difference to energy ef昀椀ciency and sustainability. In
2025, they contributed to estimated energy savings of
