Dear reader
2024 has brought both opportunities and challenges
for STEFFCA. Global con昀氀icts, economic uncertainty,
and climate change all highlight the need for responsible initiatives and long-term solutions. Our adaptability
and readiness for change continue to drive our growth
in a demanding industry.
At STEFFCA, our employees are a key part of our
success. The unity within the STEFFCA team and our
ability to work together are the foundation of our core
values: exceptional quality, innovation, fast delivery,
and outstanding customer service.
A sustainability medal
This year, we decided for the 昀椀rst time to have our
sustainability efforts evaluated by EcoVadis – a global
assessment platform that measures companies’
sustainability performance within ESG and sustainable
procurement. We are proud to have received a bronze
medal and a score that places us among the top 26%
of all assessed companies.
Insulation solutions
We take pride in the impact of our insulation jackets
on energy ef昀椀ciency and sustainability. STEFFCA’s insulation jackets have helped companies save an impressive 15,022,704 kWh. To put that into perspective, this

amount of energy corresponds to the annual consumption of 2,692 Danish households.
But the impact goes beyond energy savings. These
reductions have prevented approximately 3,005 tonnes
of CO₂e emissions from being released into the atmosphere. As a single tree absorbs around 25 kg of CO₂e
per year, it would take 120,182 trees to absorb that
amount. This highlights the signi昀椀cant contribution
STEFFCA’s products make in the 昀椀ght against climate
change.
Responsible actions
We are, however, very aware of the challenges ahead.
Rapid growth and rising demand require us to continually innovate and rethink our strategies to ensure ESG
remains an integrated part of our business approach.
We are committed to creating the best conditions for
the STEFFCA team, strengthening partnerships with
our suppliers, investing in new technologies, and setting ambitious yet realistic goals.
Long-term solutions
