CLIMATE IMPACT
— SHAPING THE FUTURE
Progress and Responsibility in 2024
2024 brought signi昀椀cant progress, but also challenges
that tested our adaptability and commitment to ESG.
As we expand our operations to meet rising demand,
we face the crucial task of balancing growth with our
environmental responsibilities.
One of the greatest challenges has been reducing
emissions across all scopes while maintaining the
quality and delivery performance our customers
expect. To address this, STEFFCA has introduced
innovative waste reduction initiatives and strengthened
collaboration with suppliers to align ESG goals and gain
insights into the impact of our primary materials.
STEFFCA’s future focus areas:
Reducing emissions
We are increasing our use of renewable energy and
investing in energy-ef昀椀cient technologies to lower our
Scope 1 and 2 emissions.

Increasing customer value
We are working with suppliers to increase the reuse of
leftover materials in new raw materials, helping reduce
the carbon footprint of our gaskets. At the same time,
we continue to optimise our insulation solutions so our
customers can achieve maximum energy savings and
CO₂ reduction – while improving the working environment by reducing heat and noise.
Strengthening supplier collaboration
We are deepening partnerships with suppliers who
share our values and actively work with ESG principles.
Innovation and circular economy
We invest in advanced technologies and develop
solutions that minimise waste and maximise resource
ef昀椀ciency.
At STEFFCA, we believe in taking bold steps toward
a more responsible future. Through innovation and
collaboration, we aim not only to meet stakeholder
expectations – but to raise the bar and leave a positive
impact on both the environment and society.
