— GOALS AND DIRECTION
We integrate ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance)
across all stages of our value chain – from the responsible sourcing of materials to the optimisation of products that ensure maximum performance, operational
reliability, and energy ef昀椀ciency. ESG is embedded in
our operations and decision-making processes.
Our overall strategy focuses on:
• Reducing emissions across Scope 1, 2 and 3
• Improving energy ef昀椀ciency and waste management
• Ensuring a safe and healthy working environment
where employees thrive
• Close collaboration with stakeholders to advance
ESG initiatives
To support this strategic effort, we focus on three of
the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): 8,
12, and 13.

SDG 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth
We prioritise creating a safe, inclusive, and attractive
workplace that also contributes to economic stability
and fosters innovation.
SDG 12 – Responsible Consumption and Production
Our commitment to minimising waste and optimising
resource use supports a more responsible and sustainable approach to production.
SDG 13 – Climate Action
We actively work to reduce our carbon footprint,
promote the use of renewable energy, and support our
customers in lowering their emissions.

activities at each stage – along with the potential consequences they may have.
