Indirect emissions from the generation of purchased electricity and district heating
In 2024, Scope 2 emissions totalled 22.7 tonnes of CO₂e,
accounting for 23% of STEFFCA’s combined Scope 1 and 2
emissions.

A 19% reduction compared to 2023 highlights STEFFCA’s ongoing commitment to improving energy ef昀椀ciency and minimising
environmental impact through continuous improvement and
targeted energy optimisation initiatives.

based on STEFFCA’s consumption data and
location-based emission factors.

These initiatives include the replacement of conventional lighting with LED systems, the optimisation of production equipment, and a systematic upgrade of machinery to new, high-tech
